I'm a licensed clinical social worker based in Southport/Fairfield, CT, with over 15 years of clinical experience. I offer therapy for adults, parents, and teens throughout Fairfield County and via telehealth across Connecticut and New York.

I specialize in working with people who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of themselves, often while managing the demands of work, family, relationships, and everything in between.

People describe me as warm, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to. I bring a sense of humor when it fits. I’m an active and engaged listener with a genuine interest in understanding your whole story — your strengths as much as your struggles.

My Approach

I believe the relationship we build together is at the heart of this work. Feeling safe, heard, and genuinely understood is what makes meaningful change possible.

Our work focuses on two levels at once — easing your distress and building practical skills to address what's brought you here, while also exploring the underlying patterns that shape how you think, feel, and relate to others. Over time, that combination creates lasting change, not just short-term relief.

I take a flexible, personalized approach. Some people are looking for tools and strategies to feel better in the here and now. Others want to go deeper, to understand why they keep ending up in the same place, or why certain things affect them the way they do. Many people benefit from a little of both.

My goal is to offer support, insight, and new perspective — helping you connect the dots between your past, your present, and the life you want. Working together, I help you step away from the 'shoulds,' reconnect with your own voice, and move forward with more clarity, confidence, and ease.

Background & Training

Before becoming a therapist, I worked in government and nonprofit organizations. Over time, I felt drawn to shift from broad public service to helping people in a more direct and personal way, which is what led me to clinical social work.

Earlier in my career, I worked with teens and families in an adolescent intensive outpatient program. Combined with my post-graduate training in child and adolescent therapy, this gave me a strong foundation for understanding and working with teens and their families.
