Therapy Fees & Insurance

My fee is $200 for a 50-minute session. For clients in Connecticut, I’m in-network with select plans — Aetna, Oxford, United Healthcare, Optum, United Behavioral Health, and Connecticare. Please verify your benefits with your insurance provider before your first appointment.

If I’m not in-network with your plan, you may still be able to get reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits — I’m happy to provide a superbill for that purpose. HSA and FSA accounts can also be used for reimbursement purposes.

I reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots for those who need them. If you’re interested, feel free to reach out.
